TIC Automatic Water Level Controller 8GSR can control motors up to 2 Hp capacity directly (with- out starter).

How It Works : Automatically starts the motor with the help of automatic motor on/off system , when the water level in the over head tank drops below a pre-defined level (normally 50%) and switches off the motor at tank full or the sump water level drops below foot valve level.
Dry Run
Due to faulty foot valve or air leakage in the pipe if the motor runs dry then it gets switched off automatically and gives fault indication.This time delay can adjust depend on motor situation , this feature is also possible due to our automatic motor on/off system…
Voltage Cut-off
Automatic Water Level Controller 8GSR automatically switches-off the pump if the supply voltage drops below 160V or Crosses 250V.
Need
The Optional Need soft switch is provided to Switch on the motor irrespective of the water level in over head tank.
Toggle Bypass Switch.
The optional Toggle switch is provided to bypass system operation in case of system failure. so no need to disconnect the system when it gets failed.
Power ON/OFF Switch.
we have given the feature of automatic motor on/off system which Has rocker switch to select Power On/Off operation.

This Automatic Water Level Controller System is specially designed for Dual motor operation.
This model is a Dual control type Water level controller system which can control Sump motor as well as Bore well motor with automatic changeover technology.
This system is suitable where both the motors are used to pump water to Common overhead tank (Single Tank).
There are two mode of operation. Sump mode and Bore well mode. When there is a Water in the sump the system works on sump Mode, when the Water in the sump tank gets Below foot Valve Level it Automatically switch over to the Bore well Mode. If the water gets filled in the sump tank the system Resumes back to Sump Mode.
This system is suitable for Residences, Commercial complexes, Residential Apartments, hotels, hospitals, Industries, hostels, …Etc..
This system is suitable where both sump motor & Bore well motor are used to pump water to a common overhead tank. The system every time checks for available of water in the Sump and controls sump motor as first choice. If and when sump becomes dry, the system will automatically changeover to Bore well motor.

The TIC water level controller 8G4ROBO is a Dual PUMP controller type systems which can control Sump motor as well as Bore well motor (or sump motor).
This system is suitable where both the motors are used to pump water to overhead tanks ONE BY ONE .
AUTOMATIC WATER LEVEL CONTROLLER WITH INDICATOR WITH TIMER 8G.
1.OPERATING WITH REAL TIMER.
This is totally a special Deluxe Model which has the function of TIC-8GDRT With etc., in built timer. This model is used only for the borewell motor where the water source is very very less. Water comes for 10 or 15 minutes & again source starts after 1hour or 2hour & as actual. This model can be tuned to MOTOR ON from 1 to 999 minutes & MOTOR OFF from 1 to 999 minutes. In this duration of MOTOR ON unexpectedly if water source falls down, immediately our’s dry run prevention will be activated & puts OFF motor immediately other wise if source is good, motor will be on up to motor on time tuned as actual.
